Call for written submissions
The Closing Loopholes Review has published a draft report. Submissions on the draft report closed on 29 May 2026.
The Review sought views from interested stakeholders about the draft report, including its preliminary findings and draft recommendations, as well as any additional or updated information since the commencement of the Review.
Stakeholders were advised that, unless otherwise specified, submissions will be published, and to ensure that submissions did not include personal information.
