Have your say on the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 review

The Australian Government has appointed an independent panel to undertake a comprehensive review of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the SRC Act), the legislation which underpins the Comcare workers’ compensation scheme. More information about the review is available on the department’s website.
